Yes, when verified with VFS they ask for accommodation proof (as in some tenancy agreement). So basically things are mixed up, no concrete conclusions.

Jacob , Renu I am surprised to know that when main applicant is in UK for less than 12 months he has to show GBP 2800 for his maintenance funds. This is not true i hope. According to the dependents policy, the main applicant has to show min. of GBP 800 for 90 days. Are you sure about asking GBP 2800...
