it should not be a problem .. as your child still have dependent visa.
Other wise you can apply ,once you get ILR,for your child registration through NCS(they will not take passport) and then you can go out when they are processing your application.

ask them to send you letter mentioning that it(even if you don't repay) will not affect your ILR application .

They will not send any such letter. On this forum there are any users who had repaid benefits before they applied for ILR.

You have to select 3 b (hsmp ....) And 10g am I have got ILR in same category.
