I hope that everyone gets ILR like you did including myself and without the cohabitation proof. But as long as it is there on the form, you have either to tick it or leave it blank and if the caseworker asks for it, may be due to his ignorance, then one can refer to the JR Policy. But my point is s...

Once you get ILR you can apply for BC(regustration) of your daughter if she was born here in UK. does your daughter has a valid UK visa ? You will need it if you go out and come come before she gets her British Passport. Or you can apply for her passport in your country but it will take 12+ weeks to...

Why don't you call HO and check with them rather playing on your memories if you don't have any documentary proof ? As I know they had stopped 1+3 Years HSMP before 6 April 2006 and after that they were issuing 2+3 years HSMP. I got HSMP in June 2006(had applied in May 2006) and I was given 2+3 Year...

It concerns only those who apply under HSMP JR(no 2 years for cohabition) Even for HSMP (JR) it is required, please check the Set(O) form which is applicable to HSMP applicants. But my guess would be it would depend on the caseworker that deals with the case. If you don't know better don't give wro...

it looks like you had applied your HSMP before April 2006 that could be the only reason they gave you Visa for a Year. So I would advise you to check your letter also when did you send your application to them. If you applied your HSMP before April 2006 then you will get your ILR back dated and you ...

Re: Cohabitation

Could anyone please explian what type of docs to include as evidence of cohabitation? Does caseworker varify spouse 2 year cohabitation/presence in the UK from the passport entry/exit stamps? I mean spouse could be outside the UK but joint UK docs can still be shown e.g. joint bank statement, joint...

Hi Rajesh when I called today, they told me that there was some delay in processing payment. I don't know if it was just in my case of a problem at HO. I never heard anything from HO or from my bank about any problem with my son't application fee payment. So I am assuming that they had some backlog...
