I am going to apply for ILR based on 10 years. Afterwards, the dependent will apply using FLR (M). Currently, I am in tier-1 and my wife is a tier-1 dependent.

Is this also true for existing (in UK) applicant (dependent)?

It's mandatory for FLR(M) applicants.


Does KOL cover FLR(M)? If someone does KOL, is this not enought for the requirement of FLR(M)?
