I don't think they care too much if we apply before expiry date. I applied 8 months before my current expiry date and got it extended from the date of expiry. This text is linked with with tier-1 main applicant. Is this also true for tier-1 dependent? I am going to apply for ILR based on 10 years. Afterwards, the dependent will apply using FLR (M). Currently, I am in tier-1 and my wife is a tier-1 dependent.

It's mandatory for FLR(M) applicants.


Does KOL cover FLR(M)? If someone does KOL, is this not enought for the requirement of FLR(M)?
