English language requirement - Already in UK

English language test, applicable from 29-Nov-10, is not required for applicants already in the UK and applying for settlement using SET(M).

1) Where can I get the link of this information so that I can refer it?

2) Is this mandatory for FLR (M) applicant?

I am in the same situation. My ILR will be due on Sep 2012 (based on 10 years). My tier-1 visa will expire on First week of december, 2012. 2 and 1/2 months in between these 2 dates. Is this time enough to get ILR from UKBA if I apply for ILR? On the contrary, My ILR will be due on End of Jan, 2013 ...

My ILR would be due on Jan, 2013 based on 5 years tier-1 visa (WP+tier-1, G=5)? Whats your suggestion: 1) Shall I go for ILR based on 10 years or ...

Thanks again. This will help a lot. Note: Our visa (tier-1,G) will expire on Nov 30, 2012. Do you mean she needs to appy using FLR application form at the same time as I apply for ILR? If I apply for ILR on 11 Sep 2012 and if the processing time of my application takes more time (more than 3-4 month...
