Is it also required for someone who is applying for a dependent visa from india as a spouse of a person who is a British citizen? Do we need to prove that we have 20 points for degree as well as 10 for English? Please let me know which PBC can we use for such application as I don't see one for depen...

Any help please? Also, I was not sure how to prove her English language proficiency. I picked up the point based calculator for tier 1 and calculated her points only for English language as I did not find anything for settlement/ dependent visa. Can you please confirm if this is the right approach?

1. Is it required to provide past 5 years P60 to prove that I was exonomically active? With my previous employer, i had never received P60 as i used to get net salary (without tax figures in the salary slip) and not gross. If my queries are too much to answer, pelase help me on one point -
