Living at your parents is not a problem, nor is a change of address mid way. You just need to have a room to yourselves. I got the local council to send round one of their local housing inspectors, she gave us a detailed description of the house, dimensions of each room, how many rooms etc. She then...

When you post anything on the internet you are at the mercy of wierdos, trolls etc and you have to accept that, and either ignore them or simply dont post anything. But to come ...

Firstly I apologise for upsetting anyone, however the higher than mighty attitude of certain posters is not neccessary either. For those of us who relationship is genuine, yet not validated by a piece of paper, for whatever reason there is the de facto route. I wish I knew two years ago that my dad ...

My partner and I have been living in Canada since September 08 in March of this year I finally got my PR status under the common law category. Would this alone along with bank statements, and the usual photos, family letters be enough evidence for our unmarried partner visa for the UK.

Moving back to the UK

I left the UK 6 years ago so I have a small bank account, and apart from parents no other ties to the UK. My Partner is Canadian and we are hoping to move back to the UK next year. We have been Common law since Dec 09. I am living in Canada on a PR cert. So apart from my parents home, we have no acc...
