Here’s my timeline for ILR (5 years) Applied for ILR Route : SET M - Spouse of British Citizen Date application sent : 02.02.2019 Online Fees paid (online): 02.02.2019 Ack email received: Received prior to Croydon appointment date i.e. after online application was submitted – 03.02.2019. Long residence ILR - Break of continuous residence

Hello Can someone please advise me on this as I keep getting conflicting information all over the place. I'd like to know what is the maximum amount of time can you spend out of the UK, which would not be classed as a break of your continuous leave. I've been here for 8.5 years and missing 1.5 years...
