The Tier 1 processing time on Home Office website changed from considering people taken biometric information on the 15th of May to the 9th of May.
How could this happen?

I just called them on above number. the staff only tell me they received my biometric information, but can't let me know anything else.

I think there are a lot of people who take finger print on April, still haven't received anything back.

I send my tier 1 extension on 04/04, and the payment was taken on the 18th, but I still haven't received the biometrics enrolment letter.
Just called home office on today, the staff said I need to contact them 4 weeks after the payment was taken.
Is there anyone has the same situation as me?
