Re: Previous application

Hello Does anyone know if the UKBA will release what exact points I scored on my previous tier 1 extension? I am coming up to applying for my ILR, and I now earn slightly more than what I did 2 years ago. However, when I put this information into the points based calculator, it shows I do not have ...

I think the letter mentioned by you should be fine and you will be okay. I understand everyone will be concerned even when their case is straight forward (like me - if you see some of my earlier posts), which is natural. As long as you are not hiding or submitting false information, and meet the re...

I am not sure if it is mandatory as my absences in any single year are less than 180. However, I took it just if they ask and I should able to provide. In fact, these are in the list of originals which UKBA has retained and not returned to me. 1. Previous BRP cards 2. Previous Employer's reference ...

I know others have suggested its not a mandatory if its below 180 days. but just want to listen from your experience.

thanks.

Re: ILR success at Croydon

Sorry forgot to mention that I provided 5 x P60 but they did not seem to be interested as they returned both originals and photocopies. For 11L , I provided bank statements + payslips + approval letter but they only kept photocopies of payslips. If you have all is good, but it seems they prefer pay...

Hi, Just 3 months apart should be fine. but if you have all of them please take with you. Also i believe you might be submitting some other documents as evidence on both of your names . like Council Tax / Utility bill / HMRC letters / Tenancy agreements / Voter registration cards etc. Hope that helps.
