@Salem Thank you for clarifying that to me..that was the last thing I needed to know before I apply for the EEA4 I am happy that I'm one of the lucky ones but its such a shame that one's right has to depend on luck or timing also, I totally agree with you there, a lot of people will give up their BC...

Why can't you just apply for Indefinite to remain in the UK before your expired 5years ? thanks for replying... Because they have no proof of your residency as you said that they clearly mentioned that in their record your permission has been expired in 2014. while am here I will answer more of you questions.

1) residence checker is not needed for people applying from NI
2) P60 and payslips should be fine just don't send mobile phone bills they don't count
