Got through to the helpline after countless redial attempts and then a 20 min wait on call queue. They said that the file is with the minister for approval. How long does it take from this stage? Can you please share your experience? Thanks

Has anyone been able to get through to the helpline lately? I only get short beeps each time I dial. Is there a call waiting on this line? I am not sure if the line is busy/broken/off hook

Also is there any benefit in sending my LTR letter to INIS? Can you please share your experience on this?

Applied for LTR August 2011, received letter asking for additional documents on 1st of June. LTR approved on 6th of June. So little short of a full year to approve. Now waiting on Naturalisation. Is there any benefit to send my LTR approval letter to them?
