Yes the same. Except you don't have to show that your British family was exercising treaty at the time of divorce. You only need the old document from another eea country.

Is RC/Cover letter the same for both husband and divorced?

Hello everyone,

A bit confused, can someone shed more light on this.

I got the same RC and cover letter as the family member. But it was ROR application after divorce.
Could someone tell me if this is normal.

according to visa processing times , it doesn't take more than 1-2 weeks. Note that decisions for applications in Dublin nowadays are taken in the UK so your application is forwarded to them for a decision. I don't see a reason for a refusal. No they don't give temporary visa. Mine is still valid till end if Nov, but returned all my document and residence card.
