They have combined and consolidated all departments of government to one central link.

Your souse will need to apply for FLR (M) first then make application for SET (M) for ILR.

Based on your first entry, you will be eligible for ILR 28 days before completing your 5 year period which will be 06/02/2016....

Under the Immigration rules, she may initially make a FLR(M) application and immediately follow with SET(M)

SET(M) requires prior FLR(M) or settlement spouse visa status

In passport application form I wrote details of valid one, just wondering should I wrote details of expired one as well and should I send the expired one with other documents.
No need to give details of expired passport. Just the current valid passport.

SET(F) for two kids born outside UK under paragraph 299 of immigration rules once your wife is granted ILR and MN1 for child born in UK

Though with BC your ILR becomes no longer relevant but HO will not invalidate the ILR vignette or BRP.

For an outside agency (e.g. non UK immigration, airlines) these will still be considered valid documents for travel to the UK.

You will have to now meet both knowledge of language and LIUK requirement unless exempted (click).

Apology the format I mentioned was for Certificate of Naturalisation.

I would need to check for approval letter as I can't remember.
