This is absolutely fine. I did not print them on company letterhead and did not get them stamped, and they were accepted without any issues. My company uses paycheck to produce online payslips.

Re: Right of Abode or British Passport or Indian Passport?

My Dead Friend Sanjay ROA is only for people who are British Citizen and not for other nationalities. You are misinterpreting the information. The guideline states that you cannot apply for COE to ROA if you already have got British Passport, however if you dont have British Passport and you are Bri...

Re: Right of Abode or British Passport or Indian Passport?

What I gather from it is that if you already are British national then you automatically have no immigration control as you have British Passport. So with right of abode on an Indian passport you are asking visa free travel to UK plus other accompanied benefits
And your concern is???

Re: Right of Abode or British Passport or Indian Passport?

I am getting contrasting answers My friend who has done it says the Nationality has to be Indian as it clearly mentions for Right of abode that if he is British then they do not QUALIFY for ROA. Vinny and me both have given you correct advice and information. You can go ahead and put down Nationali...

It is Settlement. so the child you are bringing back to UK on Indian passport has to select settlement and put his nationality as Indian If any...

Re: SET (LR) help needed while appeal is in process

By keeping your appeal process "live" and varying the grounds with ILR(LR) you basically have 2 arrows to your bow, i.e. Tier 1 and/or ILR(LR) Totally agree with the above statement. The MAIN BENEFIT of this for the appellant is that their waiting time will be reduced to get ILR. i.e 1. I...
