It would be good to know if people could write down their experience rather then calling them since it will be a clear waste of time if there is no intention of booking appointment and plus if you have not received interview letter there is no point calling them either.

It would depends on NCS.
Since you have pasted the photo, just take extra photo with you and they will either staple or clip it for you. I am sure you will have one spare photo.

I do not agree with your definition of 'present'.
You don't have to agree with me.
Perhaps resident means you have to be on a residency sort of visa and not something like student visa during the past 3 years.
