However, as you have a good job (work in NHS) I think they may overlook this as you have provided consent, etc from parents. PostPosted: Sun Oct 09, 2011 12:08 am Post subject: Reply with quote I'...

xnailax, I was informed you need a Nadra marriage certificate as that is where it is registered and Embassy can check with them. I told my husband to get that made (apparently you ask the Union Council to do it for you) and he told me we dont need it as we have our nikah nama in urdu and english and...

xnailax Don't worry! Have you submitted Urdu, English and Nadra Nikah Nama? The Urdu should have union council stamp on it, english - stamped confirming correct translation and original Nadra. Has Embassy contacted your hubby? If not, then dont worry and tell him to speak to Union Council and find o...

£24,000.00 is a lot - in this recession, not many people would be earning such an amount and it is just a way to make it more difficult for genuine couples

aaaaa123,

Ring your local tax office (HMRC) and say to them you need a confirmation letter from them that you have been paying tax. They will send a letter which will relate to the previous year stating your income and the tax you have paid.

It takes around about 14 days for this letter to come.

hi xnailax

I have been busy with my hubby so he settles in.

Is there any updates for me to make on the spreadsheet? I am back in work now and will now be able to update during the week.

I will look thru the pages of the board but if you know of any updates do let me know.

Thanks

Nazema

Exquisit

fAXED copies are fine. If you look at appeal form it says to send copies and not originals, and I know someone who has previously used faxed evidence to submit appeal.

But do ask your husband to send originals aswell to you.
