Better to apply for your wife & kids at the same time when you're applying, if possible. They can travel later. After 3 months of gap you have to prove your subsisting relationship also.

You can apply for family visit visa for six months for your in laws but their duration of stay has to end before your current leave expires.
Hope you remember one question like "When you intend to travel?.... blah blah".
As you mentioned travel plan is for July month then you should be fine.

These should be either formal payslips or on company headed paper. If payslips are on unheaded paper or you receive all pay slips online, you must authenticate the evidence by asking the employer to sign and stamp a printout.
