Having a child in UK on UK Spouse Visa.

Me and my wife would like to have children. She has a UK Spouse Visa. We would like to have children before she gets ILR. Would our children automatically be British Citizens and just be registered with B,M & Ds in the normal way, or would we have to tell the Home Office or UKBA?

Going to Europe with my non-EU spouse on a UK Spouse Visa.

This is a basic question but I just want to check. My wife and I were thinking of going on a nice long weekend break to France or Belguim or somewhere. Spouse Visa approved despite my fears!

My wife heard yesterday that her Spouse Visa has been approved. She is collecting her passport from the british Embassy in Bogota as I type this. All in all, it was quite straight forward. I was a bit worried about some of our documentation not being good enough but it seems that it was all fine. Fo...
