The absence split looks OK. However if you were on Tier 2 ICT am guessing you were working in the offshore parent company in the period you were absent from the UK making the UK not your primary home ? Are you able to provide a letter of absence from your employer for the same ? This appears OK to m...
Looking good although for yourself I would recommend also submitting, * invoices * business bank stmts * contractual agreements with agencies / clients. For your wife is she applying for ILR as well or is she extending her Tier 1 dependent visa ? If she is applying for ILR then you dont need a seper...
Hi - I see both mine and Shrink's earlier posts have been silently edited to remove references made to a certain external forum. I wasn't aware this wasn't allowed, but certainly would have appreciated a moderator edit notification.
You are OK with a UK degree. See Q1 and Q3 in the English language FAQs for Settlement.(click) It appears the Q3 for English language FAQs for Naturalization is still to be updated. [Request to moderators: can this please be updated] Your wife will need an UK NARIC statement. However not sure if it ...

@ O_Relly Please refer to TMA 1970 S7. I am still waiting for my AR result, its been 43 days since submission. Then will decide my next steps based on the result. Hoping its in my favor, based on the ACCA certified accountant letter I have submitted with my AR explaining the SA process and filing p...
Thanks guys , I am reading https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/488183/KoLL_v18.0_EXT_clean.pdf , I hope this is more or less correct Page 11 This page tells you how an applicant can meet the knowledge of language and life (KoLL) in the UK requirement. A person ...
I don't see a need for submitting both old and new SA302's. Just submit the new, however hand carry the old one and all accountant documentation submitted to HMRC at the time for the amendments to be made etc, so you can clarify if at all it does come up.
I take it you applied on the basis of Entrepreneur, accelerated route, and hence prove the job creation of 10 full time jobs for at least 12 months prior to application. The T1E policy guidance states in pg52 171. The transitional arrangement does not apply to accelerated settlement applications whe...
As CR001 has already suggested, there should be no problem for you and your wife to meet the £18600 annual requirement to apply for FLR(M) for your wife as it could be joint income or even if you don't consider your wifes income, you independently satisfy the income criteria. However be aware, your ...
Am not well-versed with Tier 2 General SOC job codes etc, perhaps other Respected Guru's such as Manci and other moderators may be able to provide a more accurate guidance. However, reading the letter from UKVI, "Underpayment, although SOC code 2133 is listed on the shortage occupation list the...
Should be no problem at all, infact you are not required to show letter of absence for absences lesser than 30 days. However, you can also provide email communication to show that it was not possible providing documentation from your ex-employer regarding this 2 week absence.
Your scenario appears to be a genuine mistake and sorted out back in 2013. I don't believe this should pose a problem as you are not making any amendments retrospectively prior to your ILR in 2016 (and for the sake of obtaining your ILR). You should be fine. However be well prepared with all paperwo...
Hi There I am applying for ILR but I have to admit I am late on collecting documents and my Tier1 Expiring on 17th which is holiday. I have following questions. 1- I left my 5 years job mid last year and started my limited company for contracting. Can I apply for in person as I am running business ...
I am on PBS Tier 1 General visa. Applying for ILR next week. I am using Form SET(O) Version 04/2016 for my self & Tier 1 or Tier 5 PBS Dependent Version 03/2016 for my Mrs and son. Address for SET(O) Home office, Indefinate Leave to Remain, PO Box 591, Durham, DH1 9FS Address for Tier 1 or Tier...
It was explicitly mentioned on the http://www.gov.uk website that options for migrants in my situation would be to either apply for ILR and if they do not wish to they can apply for subsequent extensions. It still is. Here (click) . The fact that this document is still active in gov.uk goes on to s...
Since you have had your HSMP visa since 2004 (prior to 7th November 2006), you do fall under the HSMP JR and transitional arrangements should ideally apply to you. See points 9,10 and 12 in the below document, (quote below) https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/25...
Doing a quick google search threw this, (Not sure if this would be of much help) https://www.gov.uk/employer-reporting-expenses-benefits/dispensations Above link goes onto say it is not required for the employer to let HMRC know if the dispensation was for regular business travel. So propbably it wa...
So do you have payslips showing a total gross of 40k vs P60 showing 32K?
This is likely going to be pulled when reviewing all your 5 year history. How much did you need to meet the earnings criteria? Would you have been ok with 32K?
When you applied for a second time from India, that is entry clearance which resets your ILR clock. Your 5 year continuous residency period would start from 16 Sep 2013.
