So you will be eligible for ILR in Jan of 2015. Early extension in Aug 2013, will give time until Aug 2015, so in my personal opinion, no downside. You can declare dividends from the profits retained in the company. You don't have to wait full year to declare dividends. You may declare a dividend of any amount from the profits available.

AFAIK, you can process dividends once a month and it's perfectly legal to do so.

No need of stamp and seal for dividend vouchers. It just need to be signed by the director.

In my case, I did not sign and seal dividend vouchers, nor the invoices. I just signed the dividend voucher.
