Many thanks longshift for that quick response . I am unable to find a reference in the ukba / vfs site for property documentation / bank balance to prove that they have reasons to return.

Is there a reference that you can point me to ?

Applying Family Visit Visa in between contracts.

Hello, Is it possible to apply for a family visit visa for both parents while being in between contracts for a contractor with Ltd company, who is currently on Tier 1 General Visa ? ie., even when one has sufficient funds and regular pay slips from own ltd company, will it be an issue that the perso...

It all appears fine, but as per policy guideline document, it is better to get your payslips signed and stamped if not on company headed paper or is online generated. Regarding getting a PEO appointment, try 42 days in advance of the date you require appointment and at midnight at 00:00 hrs sharp. T...

If yes, then generate dividend vouchers and get a letter from your accountant as mentioned in policy guidelines detailing your dividend payouts, and you should be fine I wo...

Am not so sure that the CW will know / pay attention. In my case, I did not carry the PBS sheet with me for my PEO, and had to submit docs and leave due to IT issue. When I later collected my approval letter, a PBS summary sheet was attached to it, and the date of initial application on it was enter...

Going by the current time-lines, a postal application (posted atleast 28 days prior to date of expiry) will easily give you an excess of 2 months, have seen it happen in friends cases. But 4 months is a bit of a risk !

Job continuity a must for ILR ?

Hello, I was just browsing through the forum, and I see that people have mentioned a point during their ILR application, that there was no break in job continuity / employment. Is this a mandatory requirement ? The Tier 1 does not mandate job continuity for extension, now does ILR mandate such a req...

Going by the assumption you are also a director with a shareholding in your husband's company. This is a bit of grey area. As per the policy guidelines, one set of documents you can show to claim earnings are, if you are employed as a director with shareholding in a company, and are involved in day-...

Ok, I again walked in to PEO, Croydon to the ROD desk on 18th June, and from their system, it said on the 14th June, they had advised to resend the BRP, but their records still had my wrong address. Then the lady updated my correct address in the system, wonder why they couldn't do this the first ti...

This happened to me as well. Just take a printout of the e-mail and you should be fine. (to prove you do have an appointment, to the security at the entrance in PEO croydon) Ideally clicking on continue should take you to the application form page, but it doesn't. Doesn't matter, you can print it of...

Well, if you are 100% shareholder and sole director of the company, I don't think the invoices / invoice summaries really matter. in my case, I am 50% shareholder (we are two directors generating income) and hence, I thought it would be better to submit invoices and accountant letter to include invo...

However, since my accountant letter had breakup of Salary + dividends + explanation of summary of invoices, I...

You said the address was wrong so what I was suggesting is that when the courier arrives at that address (which is not yours) and can't identify you as being resident there, he will not deliver the package. Yes, that would have happened, which is the reason, I wrote to them about the error in my ad...

I don't think that is the case, there is someone at home available at all times to receive it.

Also even if someone is not available, they usually drop a card or make a phone call to the receiver. Either of that hasn't happened.

Hello folks, I appeared for a PEO appointment in Croydon on 21st May and was sent back on due to IT issue / biometric delay after submitting my documents. 4k per month amounts to only 48k for 12 months.

Earnings is calculated based on your income, which is salary + dividends + ..., read the policy guideline document for understanding what other income can be shown as earnings.

Yes, salary + dividends is perfectly fine.
