you will need to go to usual entrance and then ask for ROD. They will give you a RED Tag marked ROD Desk. Then go through security and wait in queue. Usually its counter 4 or 7
Can we go in on a Saturday as well ? or is it only open through Mon - Fri ?

I was also sent back on the 21st May due to IT issues, and am waiting to hear from them.

Nope, the message is immediately after logging in, where there is the 'Book Appointment' button. So it is even before she can reach those options, but it does allow her to go ahead and book an appointment !
