I am going to apply ILR for myself and wife in Nov 2011 under HSMP JR coz I received my HSMP approval letter on 31 aug 2006.

My wife gave birth to baby boy on 21-08-2011. Can I apply child benefits or shall I wait till I get ILR?

You come under the HSMP Judical Review category so u need SET(O) application form.

U dont need to do Life in the UK test.

U should submit 6 month payslip and bank statements.
