Hi Hana,

It is your choice to get the form either printed in black and white or coloured. This would not be a problem.
Just make sure that you have the most updated form (in your case you are right --it is the May form).

yes, the sponsor has carried out the maket labour test and that is how my husband has got the COS. So, is it still a new application and not change of employment application. Sorry , I know it sounds like a stupid question but I just want to be 100% sure.. this is our last chance as our visa expires...
