hi all . i have got my uk spouse visa on 31st oct 2011 . my tb test expired on 11th oct 2011 . should i do a fresh test before travelling to uk ?

yes factory dissolved and UKBA phoned there and they denied her job . we did appeal but it was taking long time. our position was also weak because factory owner didnt pay any tax in april . they didnt give her any papers to satisfy the ECO or judge ,

it is not a ban, it is a ground for refusal. Whether an appeal against such a refusal will be allowed depends on the circumstances of the case. if ECO refused an application under 320(11) ,where applicant submitted false documents in previous refused application ,then what should the applicant do ?...
