It is not salaried employment . It is variable non salaried. The figure over 26 weeks is looked at and not just the lowest as in Salaried employment, which is usually monthly in nature. You need to ask from you employer about nature of your contract whether you come under salaried employment or non salaried. Is it an assured shorthold tenancy (AST)? You can renew the tenancy for another fixed term . If you odnt renew it but still want to stay in the property after fixed term then you will become periodic tenant

settlement visa mean you have intention to live permanently in the uk and has arranged suitable accommodation at the time of making application. You need to have at least 6 months tenancy agreemnet known as Assured Shorthold Tenancy ..ECO are not flexible and dont believe in future promises
