3.15 They are not asking date of birth but when you got settlement/ILR/Permanent residency if you were not born as british

3.16 is again simple asking on what basis you got settlement

Were your parent British when you were born in Pakistan? or you did enter into uk on child settlement visa?

You must be self employed for at least one year as they are mostly refusing application for people who are showing all evidences /self assessment but were not self employment for at least one year

Also your earning from employment will count if earned within same financial year as self employment
