You can take screenshot of your skype calling history from laptop/desktop by using built in programme snipping tool. . Skype log history clearly mentioned the date sand duration of call and then you can put four screen shoot on A4 page and print colour copy so they will be able to read it clearly..s...

People should put intended date of travel as per standard waiting time of priority or non priority service which they are using but It dont actually matter as ECO may grant you a visa before OR after your intended date of travelling thats why they recommend you to not buy tickets in advance

I dont think you dont need to submit new application. They will tell your local visa application centre that decision has been overturned and you already got the email from them to submit passport and Tb certificate . Is your TB certificate still valid? I think they should also contact you about IHS...
