That means that you did not mention the application and police found it. is that true?

I think your conviction was recorded on Police national computer.

Apply basic CRB check through disclosurescotland and checks if this showing in the CRB or not.

Hi Everyone,
I am planning to apply ILR with Tier1. So I need to show the dividend earnings proof. Hence,can anyone please share the Dividend voucher template. I am the director of the limited company and I am the only employee.

Here is one case , driving without insurance and got the naturalisation.

no need to declare PCN( Penaltiy charge notices) and if you paid the fine within time in the application as these are not criminal convictions

I have sent an email long time back explaining the same ( ie clear CRB but having court fine). He said its upto caseworker how they handle the case.Couple of people with like these convictions got ILR approved in CRYODON PEO.

Criminality threshold is only for Settlement and Citizenship and not for Tier1 visas. These call centre personnel should be trained well.

Dont worry about it, people with convictions got the ILR. Its upto to the caseworker discretion how they will treat whether minor or major. Caseworker will not spare if your offence shows in PNC , if not in PNC then depends upon the severity they will consider. Drink driving, no insurance etc are se...

If this law ( http://services.parliament.uk/bills/2010-11/rehabilitationofoffendersamendmenthl.html ) gets approved before you qualify to apply , nothing to worry as for Fines rehabilitation period will be reduced to one year. according to UKBA , these two are major offences.
1) Drink driving
2) Driving without insurance

May be caseworker can give discretion to this and treat as minor offence.

only organisations can apply CRB in england . Individuals can apply through disclosure scotland. ( disclosure scotland checks all UK police records)

UKBA says one should not have any unspent convictions. Proof of No unspent convictions is CRB. so apply CRB through disclosure scotland.
