Hi I believe you should provide the other proofs like living together and having future plans. It's always good to carry all these certificates along with the application, just in case they ask you. However, providing a marriage certificate won't be necessary as much proof of consistent relationship...

They will consider the date, you submitted the application in person with the documents. You don't submit your TB Test report online. You only submit the basic application form online. The rest of the documents are submitted when you submit a hard copy of that application form and other documents.

I have personally went for my appeal when my initial Tier1 application was refused on a silly reaon.

I would strongly recommend FARANI TAYLORS. They are pretty strong. I won my case within a month time.
