I don't what verfication they are doing now?

I applied for tier1 in MARCH 2011.
Solicitor has sent them Fax but still not response

I have given biometrics on 19th April and employement verification done on 8th June by British Counsulate.

But still havn't received any communication from UKBA.

DO I need to contact them to expedite the process.

Any one in the same situation?

Going by the timelines available in the forum biometric letter should be received with in one week of acknowledgement letter.

Is there any chance that you have missed this letter?

I pray to the god that case worker made some mistake and you get the chance to appeal.

Did you receive the Biometric appointment letter?
They might have rejected because you didn't book the appointment

I have applied for Tier1 G on 17th March and biometric enrollement was done on 19th April.
