I know you have to declare nationality group has this gateway with dvla, dwp,hmrc, PNC.

I don't think there would NOT be a problem of you declare and explain fully with the application.

If you ask for all the information it takes three to four weeks. I got mine in three weeks last month, these days they quite prompt, they do meet 40 day deadline.
