Applications for multiple dependents at one time

Hi I'd like to apply for the Tier 1 Dependent Entry Clearance for both my wife and kid. What I plan to do is submit two applications at the same time with two application fees and two VAF10 application forms. My question is for the supporting documents do I also have to provide double sets like two ...

Employment status for Tier 1 Dependent application

Hi all, got the following questions regarding the employment proof of the main applicant already in UK applying Tier 1 General Dependent Entry Clearance for wife and kid overseas. 1. Employment status at the time of applying for ILR

Folks, provided being paid sufficient amount of salary, does it matter if I will still be on the probation of a permanent job at the time of the ILR application with my dependents? Or do I have to postpone our applications until I have passed the probation? Many thanks!

1. I believe you can apply for leave to remain for your child as "your dependant" from within the UK ( 7.32 ). And you can do this anytime you wish. 2. There is no residential requirement for dependant minors. Your spouse, however, will need to apply for entry clearance from outside the U...
