Tier 2 ILR - employee letter for annual leave absence

Hi

Does anyone have a template for the letter required to prove short annual leave absences in the context of tier 2 ilr? I know there is a sticky with a template for business assignment absences, but i couldnt find any for annual leave.

Many thanks

10 year long residence - same day appointment

Is this now possible?

on https://www.gov.uk/long-residence/apply-to-settle it says this is now possible.

I have read this previously:

d) an indication of the salary package or salary range or terms on offer (please also see
paragraphs 232 and 597d) which explain how this is important when you assign a CoS);

However, its still vague, as 'an indication' could be anything.

Question on resident labour market test advertisement

Can the salary say on the advertisement 'competitive' ? i.e. in industries/companies where it is the norm.

I am confused about something and would appreciate it if someone has the answer. If you are already under Tier2 before april 2011, and:

a - you wish to extend your stay under tier 2

or

b - you wish to switch job/employer

will you be eligible to apply for ILR eventually?

Cheers
