Re: double sided/ duplex or single sided printing

I don't think the same printer/pen/paper/handwriting you used everyone will have (common sense need here), isn't it? Even attaching picture can damage the other side of page if someone using double side. Well , you said it . It is "common sense".i used it and they accepted it. I give you ...

Re: double sided/ duplex or single sided printing

Repeating again but more clearly that printing shops normally charge between £0.10-0.15 per page regardless of single/double side then why not print one side per new sheet to make sure that ink do not spoil the page on other side. I used double sided and it was perfectly fine. The ink did not spread...

Re: Naturalisation application, no photos except referees pa

Hello Just wanted to confirm, usually they asked to send several photos for visa applications. Looks like I don't need to send any photos for Naturalisation application on Form AN except one photo which is attached on page which is signed by two referees? Do I understand correct? I send only one ph...

Re: ILR

Hi Guys, I have attended the ILR premium service at Glasgow center on the 10th Oct 2014 and have been told my ILR has been approved and will be getting my BRP in the next 10 days. Most of the people I know have received it in 3-5 days and I am yet to receive it. Should I be panicking ? Please advic...

Re: BC application, lost old passport and absence

Yes. It is very important to have been present on the day 3 years ago otherwise your application will be rejected. You have to take into consideration that your application will take few days to get to HO and it is the day that Home Office receives your application that counts as a day of applicati...

Re: BC application, lost old passport and absence

I think you are perfectly fine and nothing to worry about as long as you are within limits of 270 days in total in the last 3 years and 90 days in the final year. You have to have been physically present in the UK 3 years ago on the day when you apply. Sorry , one last question. I am planing to app...

Dear Friends, Last year my Tier 4 visa was rejected and my case is in appeal and all of my passports are in HO but this year my 10 years of Long residency have been completed and I am going to apply for ILR but my B2 test has been lost somewhere in my house when I was changing my accommodation. Now...

Re: BC application, lost old passport and absence

I think you should be fine and submit your current passport and I don't think that you need to submit the mentioned documents regarding your travels. I find NCS very helpful and I recommend that you use their services. You can say that you are unemployed as employment is not a requirement if applyi...

I got my ILR at Liverpool PEO yesterday and it was a Set(m) application. I would definitely recommend Liverpool peo. My appointment was at 8:30 but we were inside the building at 8:05 given token by the security guys. Called to the dest at 8:15 and they asked the form and all supporting documents. B...

Thank you very much for that I know bank officials are fine but what is the definition of a bank official ? Can a cashier be considered as a bank official or does it have to be someone more senior like a director. That's what I wanted to know.

Re: Queries for Naturalisation

The list is representative and not exhaustive. Doctors are very much accepted as professional referee both for naturalisation and passport applications. Their reference has been taken off the list just to reduce such administrative requests (so that they can focus on their day to day duty of patien...

Re: Can I claim money back from HO for late ILR PEO decision

pelen23 Don't worry, you should be fine. Online verification only applies for tests taken on or after 6 April 2013, as such, no certificate needs to be provided (though personally I would include one as there is no harm is doing so) Tests taken prior to 6 April 2013, you will need to include the ce...

Re: Possible Reasons for refusal for ILR??

Thanks a lot for your reply Pelen. Much appreciated. I only moved out when I could not handle the effect it was having on me. Surely, I wasn't expected to leave the country because I moved out. With regards to sympathy. I did suffer from domestic violence, hence the application. Issue is the eviden...

Re: Possible Reasons for refusal for ILR??

My understanding is your visa is invalid as soon as your marriage breaks down. Including living separately. The home office may not write you a letter if the relation has come to an end during your probationary period, however they would still expect you to live the country so I would not necessarily...
