One Way Ticket - Entering the UK on Spouse Visa

Hey everyone,

Is it ok for my husband to enter the UK on a single (one way) ticket, once his Spouse Visa is granted?

Or does he have to get a return flight?

Anyone know?

Thank you

Thank you for your response. My husband and I have used a reputable company for our Spouse Visa application. (currently awaiting outcome). Do Immigration Lawyers help?

Hi All,

Is it a good idea to use Immigration Lawyers when applying for a visa?

They say they have 'success rates' But how beneficial are they to the sucess of the outcome of the visa?

Anyone used immigration lawyers?

Would love to hear :D
