I applied for my husband's ILR ON 10 YRS long residence.(10 years student dependent)

Application date: 1st March 12
Fees taken: 17th March
Acknowledgement: 22nd march
Biometric done: 4th may
Still waiting for over 4 months.

I hope they speed up the process.

When I rang HO I was determined that i can apply for my husband's ILR, But they said becoz ur student visa is invalid now his visa is invalid too and thats why when he applies for ILR it might cause him trouble. So dont know whether its a good idea or not.He has no travel plans until next year its n...

canada immigration on FSW applied in dec 2009

Hi all
I appiled in FSW catagory in Dec 2009 got en email of confirmation in Feb 2010 along with 120 days to submitt the coplete doc package which was sent in june 2010 still no reply.
Anyone from the same boat?
