Actually she never had a passport due being stateless, she has Irish travel but every time they renew stamp 4 they issued new travel document. Any idea? Thank you

One of my friend wants to apply for naturalization after 7 years of stamp 4.
One of the requirements I believe is to send scanned copies of previous stamp 4's

Question what she should do if she did not make scanned copies of previous stamp 4s and have got new passport as well?
