Re: Tier 1 (G) ILR Approved at Croydon PEO – 4th April

Hi Mind_The_Gap and Argus7, I am applying as Tier 2 migrant ( under 5 year route). I am bit worried whether at Croydon they are asking for 12 months bank statements from everyone irrespective of category. I see everyone submitting 12 months statement and this has become like a standard. I wonder whe...

Re: Tier 1 (G) ILR Approved at Croydon PEO – 4th April

Hi..

Congrats....I am going to Croydon this Saturday. Please let me know whether they specifically asked for 12 months bank statement. I only got last 6 months original statements and 12 month pay slip. I read from other posting only last 3 months required.
Thanks

Re: How much time do I have to make FLR(M) for spouse

Hi.. I think she can remain as PBS dependent until she qualify for ILR. I don't know whether you can use FLR(M) https://www.gov.uk/remain-in-uk-family https://www.gov.uk/remain-in-uk-family/exceptions May be Vinny or some other senior members can confirm this. It will be useful information for me too.
