Think this has been asked before but my wife has been refused because of overstaying. Do you think they will let her visit me on a visit visa?

UKBA can refuse entry to uk to someone who has a debt with the NHS but according to the guidelines this dosnt come into effect until October 2011.

Can they still apply this rule now?

It was refused under paragraph 281 (iii) and 320 (7b)

you need to get them back from where you sent them. did you save a copy of the address?
