Our Passports were returned with our Residence Cards in it about 7 weeks after we won our appeal ( 7 weeks after the Judge allowed our appeal ). Our solicitor had to write the Home Office to speed up work in issuing our RC's since we had triumphed at the tribunal. Just wait for the decision of the J...

Davex1890, I received my RC this year and my case was a bit similar to yours. We had to go for an appeal hearing in London and we won the appeal by the grace of God. I have gone through your case and I'm still wondering why you've had to go through so much hassle to get your Residence Card. Your Mot...

@Justice69, the COA should be with you very soon. The UKBA usually sends the COA 4-5 weeks after EEA2 Applications except the HO wants to refuse the Application. Just wait on God concerning your application. I hope your wife enclosed copies of the cheques her employers gave to her in your fresh appl...

Hi, I've read your post carefully. Your 1st EEA2 Application was refused because of the absence of your wife's Bank Statement. Normally, your wife should be able to get a Bank Account in the UK because of her status. Even if she has a bad credit history, she should have been able to get a basic bank...

@Jambo, thanks for the advice. I will narrow down my choices and contact the Universities directly. With your advice, I don't think I'll be eligible for Home Fees. I will contact the Schools though. Cheers.

Are you saying I can move to Canada for my Masters Degree and decide not to come back to the UK? I know it is easier in Canada for Immigrants but one can never tell what could happe...

My EU sponsor is my Family and we've known each other for 22 years. Anyway, what are my chances for getting my PR if I study in Canada? The Master's Degree Program in ...

Residence Card Issue. Advice Needed.

@Jambo, Thanks for your advice. I really appreciate it. Normally, I would have loved to have the RC placed in my new Passport. However, the HO loves giving people problems sometimes. I don't want drama with those people at Liverpool again. Thanks once more.

@dasjoker, thanks.

Am I Eligible To Get Benefits?

Hi All, I am new to this forum and I must confess that this website is very good and totally helpful.
