Hi,

My wife is to depose the spouse visa application in Accra, Ghana. Can you advise on what steps must be taken to make a deposition to the embassy? and also how can we pay the fee online/wire etc I refuse to use cash

Representations are generally a covering letter outlining how the application meets the requirements, referring to the relevent case law, making legal argument etc. Solicitors do not 'make recommendations'. err...so nothing then...all this information can be obtained online, pointing it out again h...

No these are not required
how can you say not required here? many an application has been refused due to the assessor not thinking the relationship is genuine..how else can they know?

I wouldn't worry much..the UKBA rarely follows 'the law', and thus rarely win when challenged in an appeal situation..I'm sure you will be together soon..
