How is it best to present the spouse visa (sponsor and wife) documents? I have used paper folders for sections:

income
housing
marriage
spouse support
relationship evidence
english test stuff
VAF4A
passport copy cert
letter of declaration

A certified copy of passport is fine. As a sponser you should not need to send/giev your original passport, and i think one is not supposed to send a passport in the post either outside the UK ok, so if I solicitor advised you to send your passport abroad, thereby risking cancellation and rejection...

The agency will be approved by the BHC (if its the same in Ghana like most other countrys who sub contract the application submission to 3rd party companies, like VFS, etc), so paying by cash or via a card should be fine. If you want to pay online, need to contact the office and see if they accept ...
