One final question i have.

Will there be any complications or questions asked when she enters UK again ?

Just wanted to clarify incase of any entry refusal at the airport.

Thank you all for the advise which is much appreciated.

This has been really helpful and easing the stress after hearing the statement from immigration officer as mentioned in my previous post due to my wifes absence being for nearly 14 months in 1 singel stretch.

She got her "leave to remain" in 2019.

Her entry clearance vigenette said said "D partner (Standard)".

I had my ilr in 2016 on basis of 10yrs long stay.

@Seagul can you elaborate more on the requirements for cohabitation you mentioned.

If i remember correctly she is on a spouse visa.

And as i had to return to uk due to work commitments, i was advised by the immigration officer that she may have to re apply for flr.

Is this correct ?

Also what is the difference between PBS dependant and spouse visa ?

Hi my previous marriage had fallen apart hence i got married again in December 2016.

Again how would i prove my subsisting relationship ? What evidence is required or can be used ?

Along side the payslips i included a letter from my employer on their official letter head.

my course was ment to finish in july 2011 as my course was ment to have a year placement in it. but i completed my course in 2010 and then took on a work placement.

i was notified in july . the letter i hold from the university which has a date on it aswell.
