ILR Dependant application - correct form

Hello there,

My husband received his ILR application last year (Tier 2 General) and I am now applying for mine. Can you please advise which is the correct form to use.
2. Do I need to attach a letter from his employer?

Thanks

Tier 2 dependant visas

Hi there,

Can my dependants - wife and son apply for the dependant visa together? Or do they have to make separate applications?

What if they make separate applications? Can they appear together at the VFS?

Thanks

Address Details on visa form

Hi there, I have been granted a tier 2 visa, applying from outside UK. I am travelling soon, and am now getting the visa forms filled for my wife and son. Since I still do not have an address in the UK, what is an alternate address that I can use on the Tier 2 dependant application form for my wife?...

Wrong SOC Code in RCOS

Hi there,

So I have discovered that my employer has put an incorrect SOC code for my job title for an RCOS application. Would it be worth withdrawing the certificate and applying for a new one, next month?

Would really appreciate some advise here.

Thanks,

Its Technical Author. And to make matters worse just found out that its the wrong SOC Code.
Any bets on whther my applicaiton will be rejected...
Since it was a RCOS, for a new certificate to be issued I guess I might have to wait for another month....

Salary is below minimum rate

Hi there,

My salary offered on a Tier2 General visa is below the minimum rate by 2K. Is that a big problem?
Please advise.

Thanks,

Hi

Thanks for your response. You have asnwered my query to the T :) The 10 points for English were a cakewalk. So academic qualifications are not a criteria for applying for a Tier 2.
Got that sorted. Thanks once again.

Tier2 - Educational Eligibility

Hi there,

I am in the process of applying for a Tier 2 general visa from India. How do I ensure that my academic qualifications are recognised by UK NARIC? Is there a need to get any authorisation from them before applying?

Any suggestions are most welcome.
Thanks
