Re: Please help: Company Name Change

Ok...thanks a lot for that info Manci. My case is similar to the original poster of this query. My application was logged by a solicitor agency who have now ceased to operate. I will need to check with my HR team if they did receive this info from the solicitors or UKBA 2 years back or not.

Re: Tier 2 to ILR ?

Hi manci, Thanks again for clarifying this. I think that my first tier 2 application (in 2011/2012) was under the SOC code 2423 (Business Analyst - my job title) the salary for which according the list you posted is 29,500. My current salary, as posted above is more than this. So I believe that unle...

Re: Dependent visa for spouse (Tier 2 Sponsored)

Hi, Two more questions concerning my scenario: 1. So if the application is being made from India, my understanding is that the process for applying is: - build an application online, using Visa4UK website - fill VAF10 form - get documents ready - pay fee online at Visa4UK and get appointment at the ...

Tourist Schengen for company visit ?

Hello, I am a Tier - 2 Visa holder (company sponsored) and have recently been granted a Schengen Visa (by French embassy). My tier-2 leave to remain in the UK is on a card and not my passport. Will this not be a problem when applying for a French Schengen Visa ?
I have read that the leave to remain in the UK has to be endorsed on the passport - which is not so in my case.

Please advise.

Thanks

Thanks again for the reply. Having seen the link you posted I believe that if the organisation I work for (medium to large size ~ 200 employees) is applying for Tier 2 only sponsorship, they will have to incur £1,025 as expenses. Once they do this, what are the next steps ? Additionally, how does m...
