Hi,
My Tier1 visa expires on 15th Sept. I am planning to travel to india

NOC from landlord is not mandatory. No section of the application mentions about this. I had even checked with UK home office. They said, it is not mandatory. But you CAN sumbit it as an additional document along with other. So they should not reject your application if you have not provided the NOC.

12 months stay in UK if for main applicant. Not dependant.

My query is does this 12 month has to be continuous stay ?
