Hi All,

For two of my invoices (of the same date), there has been one payment.
Will that be an issue ?

i.e. I have two invoices of say 1000 each for one particular day. But the agency has made one payment of 2000.

Any issue with that ?

Thank you.

Hi swamik1,

Were you paying any NI ? or drawing a salary such that NI was not applicable ?

In either case , did you submit any supporting docs for paying or not paying NI ? It doesn't list in you docs that u mentioned above, so i guess not required, but can u pls clarify ?

Thanks

I think you can also request the required details by sending the request to UKBA through the SAR form.

I sent one last week, still awaiting the reply.

I could also be in the same situation.. my extension is in Sept.

I too draw a salary for which I do not have to pay NI.

Would submitting a letter from tax accountant suffice ?

@Julyapp
How much time you are given to provide this letter ?

Thanks.

I found the answer to my first question above from the guidance document.

It says:
"the most recent closing balance "

So I am safe.

Can anyone please clarify my second question on 12 months for dependent or main applicant please.

Thanks.
