i would like to determine how many years the INIS keep your file before they decide to look at it

I've waited over the 2 year-mark now and they INIS tell me 1 more year.

Hello- i am a "July-2009-baby".

Ref nr. 68/6***/09.

I would to know if 2 years is the normal waiting-time before applications start the next phase of processing ?

Is this time-frame normal ?

Because it's contradicting the INIS-website.
